Independence from Services Australia

Allied Health Invoice Pro is an independent software product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the National Disability Insurance Agency (Services Australia), the AHPRA, or any government body. "Medicare" is used solely to describe the scheme the software helps you invoice under.

Pricing data

  • The MBS fees data in the app and in fee pack updates is compiled from Services Australia's officially published Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and Support Catalogue.
  • The Services Australia can change prices, items and rules at any time, including mid-year. You must verify prices against the current Services Australia publications before invoicing.
  • We are not liable for Services Australia pricing changes, for errors in Services Australia source data, or for invoices submitted using outdated pricing.

The software is a tool, not a compliance solution

You remain fully responsible for: AHPRA Code of Conduct compliance · accurate invoicing and record-keeping · staying within pricing limits · claiming only for supports actually delivered · patient rights and consumer law · Quality & Safeguards Commission standards.

Allied Health Invoice Pro automates the mechanical parts of invoicing (item lookup, rate limits, calculations, formatting). It cannot know whether a support was actually delivered, correctly claimed against a patient's plan, or appropriately documented — those judgements are always yours.

Fraud warning

Submitting fraudulent, misleading or inflated Medicare claims is a serious offence and may attract criminal penalties. If in doubt about what you can claim, contact the Medicare Commission on 1800 035 544 or seek professional advice.

No professional advice

Nothing on this website or in the software constitutes legal, accounting, tax or Medicare practice advice. Consult a qualified professional for advice about your circumstances.
